New Michelin ratings

Any thoughts on the new Michelin ratings? It has made a lot less noise than last year.

Hard to believe that Daniel gets only two stars.

    I think the consensus is that the large number of covers Daniel does keeps it from receiving 3 stars.

      You are right about Daniel, strictly on the quality of the food. Although I still have a problem with the room and general 'vibe'. It needs to be warmer and less stuffy.

      It is hard to know why Danube has lost a star. I haven't noticed any diminution of quality in the times I've been there this year. Bouley keeps its two stars, which is deserved.
