Birthday lunch near Chicago History Museum (North & Clark)?

I know this is a bit late, but we're looking for a special place to have lunch near the Chicago History Museum on Thursday. We were hoping for tapas and found that most tapas places open at dinnertime, as do many restaurants in the Old Town area. Help!!

If you must have tapas, Cafe Iberico opens at 11 am. It is nice place, and the food is good, but I don't know if it qualifies as "special", in a Birthday sense.
It is probably a mile due south of the museum.

Edit: Oops, I see you meant today. I guess this is a little late to help.

Well, it was a choice between Cafe Iberico and Tapas 1492 and we went with Cafe Iberico. Food was good, it was mid-afternoon, so the crowds & noise weren't too bad (except for the construction at the entrance). Mojitos were tasty ;)
