What's not to be missed at CityZen?

Reuben, Sashimi and Paella sound interesting. Any can't miss dishes?

Strange, I did not see any of those items on their dinner menu. Is this something they do at the bar?

They were mentioned in the WaPo Dining Guide.

Strange. When I went we ordered off the tasting menu and those three dishes don't resemble anything I would expect to see there. We got a couple amuse bouches and the signature Parker House rolls and everything was amazing. The best dish was a strip of spinalis dorsi (outside moon-shaped cut from a prime rib/rib roast) that was truly one of the beefiest and most succulent "steaks" that I have ever had.

In my opinion and for my money this is one of the 4 best restaurants in the area. Go, you will not be disappointed.
