1 dinner in Oxford

My partner and I will be in Oxford for dinner this coming Saturday night. Looking for modern British cuisine, prefer produce focus and locally-sourced ingredients, neighborhood or funky atmosphere, entry meal cost (a la Squaremeal.co.uk) of £35.00 or less.

Any suggestions? The replies to my London query were very helpful so I am hoping that members of this board also will have suggetions for Oxford.

Thank you in advance.

Sorry, it should have read Le Petit Blanc, NOT Pierre Victoire. (Still new to the area!)

I know it won't fit your request, but... my partner and I love Chiang Mai Kitchen. Possibly the best thai food I've ever had. (It's off the High Street).

Another (more upscale, but still within your range) option would be Pierre Victoire in Jericho.

If you do a search here, there were quite a few messages about Oxford - a month or two ago.
