SFV-forgot name of steak restaurant

Need the name of the old school steak place on Victory, Vanowen or Sherman Way in or close to Van Nuys. From what I have heard it sounded like a place similar to Taylors that was in Koreatown.

    Yep the Sherman Room is in Van Nuys, very old school. There used to be Billingsley's in Van Nuys as well, they closed a few years ago.
