Help: How to undo Tracking????

By accident somehow I indicated that I wanted to track a certain poster. I DON'T! I've looked all over these boards & can't figure out how to un-do tracking a poster. Can someone help & give me the step by step for how to cancel tracking a fellow chowhounder? THANKS

go to your tracking list on mychow, click on the [x] next to the poster you don't want to track
