Also, the Washington Post Food Section recently ran a fairly thorough list of area restaurant and private cooking classes. You may be able to find it on their Web site.</content>

      <content>Try Sur La Table in Pentagon Row.  I haven't taken any classes there, but it looks like they have a lot of them, and you can register online.

      <content>L'Academie.  Hands-down, they are the best.  Sur la table is okay, but if you really want to learn, versus just being a tourist, L'Academie has the best curriculum.</content>
