when i was growing up, my mother ordered a fruitcake that she loved directly from the company since it was not available where we lived. it was very dark, moist and smelled of rum. i crave it, but do not remember who made it. anyone know of a good fruitcake like i've described?

There are two in Texas that make and ship fruitcakes. One is in Greenville, Tx. and I don't remember the name. The other is Collin Street Bakery in Corsicana, TX which makes a pretty darn good fruitcake that they ship all over the world.
