Best Chinese delivery on Westside (Santa Monica-ish)??

I'm having a craving. Other than Hu's, anyone found great Chinese delivery/take-out? I sometimes order from Soy Bean but, they're very inconsistent. Hu's, I love, but delivery takes forever to SM, so if I decide too late, I eat too late. Hong Kong Cafe's delivery is a whopping $7, and it's a private delivery service, so if your order is incorrect, it's not an easy fix.

Sometimes I just deal with Chinese cravings and order from Thai Dishes, but I really want to find GREAT Chinese !!! By the way, did a search first and found only '05 posts - I'm hoping for some new insight...

That JR Seafood is no longer there. There is still a Chinese restaurant but I'm blanking on the name.

It is Hop Li now. Pretty much just a spruced up J.R.

I live near there, but I also use New Panda Cuisine (it is in the same strip mall as Nook) sometimes. Not exactly fine dining but they have rice cakes (ovalettes) and beef noodle soup when I have the craving..
