I turned off the FDR onto 2nd Ave this afternoon, and I spotted a new-looking restaurant, advertising itself as 'Spanish American', on 12th, on the corner of 2nd.
'Spanish American' generally means Latin American food.
Oops, thank you Wilfrid. That should, of course, be 125th Street!
If you do mean East Harlem, then I guess you don't mean 12th Street ???
