Peel Pub on O'Connor Dr.

Just noticed this when driving by.. is it the same place that was on King?

  1. It is my understanding that anything called "Peel Pub" nowadays is in no way affiliated with the Peel Pub that was on King, or the original Peel Pub in Montreal.

      1. It was a different bar before (name is completely escaping me), and they had the smoking room. Peel Pub never bothered to take the sign down. You can't smoke in the smoking room - which is basically the entire bar area, closed in.

        It is only the same as the old Peel Pub in that they're both sub-par bars. At least the old Peel Pub had cheap wings.

          haveyou been to this one? do they not have super cheap wings?

        2. It was fun when I was 19 and new to Toronto, but nowadays, avoid avoid avoid.

          1. my BF and I drove by once and stopped to have a bite to eat..we walked in and the place was empty which ins't a good sign so we took off.....I would avoid this place as well.
