I went to Spark just a couple of nights ago. While the service was good, my friend had a terrible time with his steak. it was a $44 cowboy steak that was supposed to be cooked medium. it came out charred. he sent it back and they sent a new one that was pretty much bleeding. they couldnt get it right. ive had a decent experience with everything but the steaks.

If it is anything like the one in Studio City - then the short, definitive answer is no.
To briefly elaborate, the Spark in S.C. has meat like shoe-leather, bad service, guests are crammed in like tinned sardines and it is really loud. Other than that, it is awesome!

It's not ALL bad. The roast chickens are usually very good; the meatloaf is tasty; the salads are usually quite good. Avoid the pizzas -- the crust is so thin that it loses structural integrity, AND it's cold by the time they walk it from the oven to your table.
The people ARE jammed in like sardines, it IS really loud, and the salt content is ridiculously high.
It's not a must-avoid for me, but it's not on my "list of things I remember when we're looking for a place to eat".
