Wind and rain in the Concord area on 10/20 knocked a lot of leaves off the trees. Today is supposed to be very nice but there's not much color left in Concord and north. Two weeks ago I would have recommended the Homestead in Bristol NH (near Lake Winnipesaukee) but today your leaf peeping should be in the Monadnock area ... if there's still some good color. I drove to Foxboro MA last Monday and thought color was still good along rt 495 in Massachusetts. Maybe you should think about leaf peeping in western MA?

Just a reminder that as much as we all might like to know the status of the fall foliage in New England at this time of year, we ask that any future responses please focus on the food finds requested by the original poster.

      Thank you.
