Going up the Murray River!

Hi all,
I am coming from Toronto and taking a trip up the Murray River with my wife and brother's family. Let me know if there are any must-eat destination? I am looking for anything from roadside stands to high end.

    Stefano (first recommendation) also owns the brew pub, pizza place, etc on the same street as the Grand Hotel.

      Hope you're not looking at a riverboat trip. You'd be lucky to find any water to float in!!!

        The Murray has some length to it! You are going from where to where? In South Australia or Victoria? Makes some difference when it comes to recommendations.

          Stefano's Restaurant in the Grand Hotel in Mildura is a must. You do have to book well ahead. He is well known for his use of local produce with an Italian influence and has made a number of television programs for th ABC. We ate there last year and the food was superb.
