Lobster connoisseurs! What kind of sauce might have been used on the lobster tail at the Vineyard Room?
A friend was talking about great lobster and I remembered trying my SO's lobster tail dinner at the Vineyard Room at California Adventure.
I don't eat much lobster, but this was fantastic, it was not at all rubbery and had a savory sauce on it... that is all I can remember, other than it was delicious.
Does anyone know what kind of sauce they might have used?
