Fish with Savory Bread Pudding

I'm making a bread pudding with mushrooms, leeks, and thyme. I'd like to make fish with it (we don't eat meat or poultry). Any recommendations? I was thinking of a nut crusted fish but that may be too much with the bread pudding. Thanks for any ideas!

    From Marcella:

    Grill swordfish. While fish is cooking, make a sauce: beat 1 tablespoon of salt with 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Add 2 teasoons fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried). Trickle in 1/4 cup evoo, whisking all the while. Add black pepper.

    When fish is finished, prick with a fork to let sauce penetrate. Pour sauce over fish while beating with a fork or whisk.
