Cioppino on a budget... will frozen do?

Hubby and I love the TJ's frozen cioppino and it is a staple in our fridge during the cooler months. We jazz it up a bit w/additional seafood and canned/frozen tomatoes(roasted tomatoes I have frozen from the summer) to give it a bit more oomph!

If you can get to a Trader Joe's, try their frozen. i like it, and of course it makes dinner prep a breeze.

Yes, Trader Joe's makes a decent budget Cioppino. If you can add some fresh seafood like a few extra shrimp or pieces of fish, even better!
