Best Pannini in the DC area?

Any recommendations for good Italian-style pannini, with the black marks on the sandwich, preferably in MD/DC?

    The fusion panini at Cafe Tu-o-Tu in Georgetown (right on the edge- close to Foggy Bottom) is awesome! The ones at Eastern Market aren't bad either.
