I can't find my owner's manual for my KA mixer. What speed does the manufacturer recommend for kneading dough? What speed do you use? Thanks. I get such great advice here.
I have an old K455K and usually do a 6 cups flour/2 cups liquid recipe. I start with medium (between 4 and 6) and start adding flour. When the dough starts forming a mass, I lower it to speed between 'sift' and 2 and finish kneading.
