Anyone know where in Central NJ to get the real good Jewish (Not the Genoa...spiced differently) that I used to get in any Jewish Deli in Brooklyn, hanging above the counter...it always had wrinkles from the drying process?

You can try Jesse & David's, in Manalapan. They also have a location called Lox, Stock & Deli, in East Brunswick. Of course, if you can't find it, the alternative is to buy a small kosher salami (I prefer Hebrew National), leave it out on your counter and, eventually, it will dry out and "wrinkle."

Also in East Brunswick, check out European Provisions on Old Bridge Turnpike for all kinds of excellent Central European sausage, salami, kielbasa, etc.
