Has anyone been there? Does anyone know the reason behind the open kitchen at Country?

      1. I imagine it's just part of the restaurant design and has no other purpose then other restaurants with open kitchens.

        I am willing to guess the elusive comment I noticed on Amateur Gourmet's post is nothing more then a private joke from those inside the industry.

        1. I LOVE country!! It's one of my fave restaurants now.
