    1. Any cuisine preferences, mobility problems, or budgetary constraints?

        1. René Pujol is quiet (except at pre-theater time) and has good French classic and modern fare. It attracts an older clientele, so it should work for your situation. They have a prix fixe for both lunch and dinner (less expensive lunchtime).

            1. What about L'Impero? I don't think the room is *dead*, but it isn't noisy. The service is great and so is the food.
