Heading to Rome for a week this winter. Looking for restuarnt recs.
Beent here 3 times over many years and don't remember where we ate.
Kind of just wandered around looking... had a great time and great meals but want to be better prepared this time. Thanks in advance

Good bet for New Years Eve: Piccolo Abruzzo, via Sicilia 237, 06/42820176. Above via Veneto, so not especially touristy. Has a web site same name. You walk in, they bring food and wine, their choice. Good mountain food, not highly refined. Probably in neighborhood of 75 euros/person for New Years. About 45-50 other nights.
