Indian food on or near Capitol Hill (Seattle)

I've enjoyed India Express many times in the past, but since the new owners took over I've been somewhat disappointed. What do people consider the best Indian food on or near Capitol Hill? Thanks for your help!

My opinion is Chutney's is mediocre. The best Indian, such as the spectacular dish called butter chicken, is at Tandoor on University Ave just north of 50th. Also, the Indian Bistro in ballard is good.

Chutney's on 15th has the best Indian food on the Hill, in my opinion. Very well executed, beautiful sauces.
