ISO breakfast between St. Johnsbury and Hyde Park

Traveling between these two towns this weekend and looking for a really nice breakfast spot. Any recs?

      The Danville Inn on Rt. 2 in the center of town has a nice breakfast. It's not open Sundays, though...

        If you're going anywhere near Montpelier, I'd highly recommend the brunch at the NECI Bar and Grill on Sundays. Do not eat there at any other times though.

          If you don't mind going a little bit out of the way, my favorite place to have breakfast is the Miss Lyndonville Diner. It's about 10 minutes north of St.J, on Route 5 in Lyndonville.
