About 3 miles north of Lambertville is the town of Stockton, which is too small to actually have a stoplight, but at the main intersection in town is a small cafe called Miels. They have an excellent ecclectic breakfast menu, but be prepared to wait for a table.

There are also some choices in New Hope, but a bit touristy as well. Avoid the Lambertville Station which is over-rated typical brunch fare.

Try apple picking (weather permitting) at nearby Solebury Orchards, a walk along the Delaware river, strolling through New Hope and Lambertville and window shopping the many excellent shops.

Stop off for lunch or dinner at the new Martine's Riverhouse in New Hope, which has some really good food.

Cafe at Rosemont does an excellent breakfast. I love the Russian peasant omelet.
