Brothers Sushi-Woodland Hills

I would love some suggestions on what to order at Brothers Sushi? I've heard nothing but good reports on this spot and will be dining there over the weekend.

Thank You,

Stuart

not technically sushi, but the sauteed shrimp cut roll is very tasty and addicting.

I've been going there regularly for about 15 years now, and every time has been excellent. Anything you order will be fresh and you will enjoy it, so just order your favorites.

That being said, as the previous poster replied, the sauteed shrimp roll is really good. But my favorite is the Kerri Roll, made with crab, a chopped shrimp tempura, tuna, salmon, onions and rolled in soy paper. If you get a cut roll, it's four huge pieces about 3 inches in diameter. It's really amazing.

Also, they have a house special roll that is good, also the salmon skin roll is quite good. All the nigiri sushi is well-portioned and super tasty.

      Enjoy!
