for the input some of you gave with regards to my DC visit.

We did hit The Eastern Market and also the Georgetown Flea Market on Sunday. Both were great.

Our evening at Bistro Bis was great. We especially enjoyed the cheese selection. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much that night that we decided to skip Citronelle the next night.

On the night that we were to have gone to Citronelle, we headed to the Four Corners plaza. We chose Cafe Viet over Four Sisters at the suggestion of a local poster. Oh, my gosh! My husband and I both love Vietnamese food and neither of us had any idea how much more there is to the cuisine other than what we've had in Cleveland and Detroit. We love it even more now! We had the app of baby clams and the green papaya salad with beef jerky. Unreal!!! The lardon-like pieces of pork fat in the baby clam dish were heavenly as was the whole preparation. I loved the sweetness to the beef jerky and the spiciness of the way the papaya was dressed. My husband then had the chicken wings and I had the caramel fish. Wow, we loved every bit of the experience!

I'm glad you got a chance to visit Eden Center.

Is there really a place called Cafe Viet? Do you remember where it was? On the sidewalk facing the parking lot or in one of the interior corridors?

Four Sisters is in the corner of the parking lot. Very close to the right is Viet Royale and a few stores down to the left is Viet Huong. Could it have been one of those?

        Hi Steve,

My husband just corrected me, the name of the place we ate is Viet Bistro.

I think this is the first establishment located on the island at the western entrance (closer to the car dealerships)
Vietnamese food just doesn't fill me up.
