Chinatown Restaurant Suggestions Needed!

Would like to go to Chinatown for dinner. What are some good options? (Will need English translations on menu and a decent ambiance) Thanks!

    With ambience in mind I'd choose East Ocean. Here's a recent thread with a lot of alternatives.
