Hi,
I need recommendations for a business dining restaurant that has a private section within walking distance of 53rd & 3rd. This is for ~15 ppl, and roughly $65pp. Thanks.

Al Bustan would work, if your businesspeople are interested in great Lebanese food served in a white-tablecloth, high-service-level environment. It's at 51st and 3rd. The price should be about right.

Maple Garden (53rd between 2nd and 3rd) restaurant is quiet, within budget, service is attentive and there is private dining area in the front.

        Pampano

VONG - if you go early I think they have a pretheater menu.

Have you thought about lever house? It might be out of budget though.

Brasserie, but it's more than $65/pp.

Our Place II (great Chinese) on 55th [lex and 3rd] will put you at a large table in the back of the restaurant and will keep it below $65.

In general, $65/pp is VERY tough in Manhattan for a business dinner. Buiness dinners general mean: a private room, lots of drinks, and good food. The drinking KILLS the budget. And really, so does a private room charge.

(Maybe SIDECAR at P. J. Clarks?)

Fresco is at 51st and Mad. They have great food and private rooms, but I don't think you'll meet the $65 per person requirement.
