If I had to guess, it would be Andronico's around Christmas. I remember being surprised to see them. Someone gifted me with them one Christmas and I wasn't overly impressed, so I didn't buy them when I saw them. Lots of people love them though, just not my thing. It wasn't a recent sighting either.
