Does anyone have Cook's Ilustrated "The Best Light Recipe" Cookbook?

Have been thinking about buying this cookbook and was wondering if it's worth it. Thanks, Richie

Yes, I do. I've been cooking from it so much lately it's sitting out on the counter. This is a well-thought out cookbook.

I do. I took it out of the library for a trial run, as I have so many cookbooks that I never use.....now I try them out. It's fabulous. A well thought out cookbook says it perfectly

Yes, it is great. The only light cookbook I would use. I especially love the reduced fruit juice dressings. Very smart.
