There is a special order desk at the back of Sams (Near North location, just north of North avenue). I've order a couple of obscure wines there in the past. Maybe they could help you. They also have the 32 yr. old on their web site (www.samswine.com)

Have you tried Binny's? They carry the Oban 32 year-old. So they may be able to get it for you. I usually go to the store in Niles, which seems to have the biggest inventory.
On Binny's website, they tout a Whiskey Hotline:

      "Binny's Whiskey Hotline
      Call the experts at Binny’s
with your orders, questions & special requests

      Binny's - Niles Store
      8935 N. Milwaukee
      Niles, IL 60714
      Phone: 847-966-2300
      Email: niles@binnys.com

Try asking the bartender at Duke of Perth [2913 North Clark Street. Chicago, IL 60610 (773) 477-1741] -they carry between 70 and 90 varieties of Scotch and may be able to point you in the right direction.
