Cooking school that serves meals?

  • 3

Months ago the Pensacola News Journal ran an article about a cooking school (where chefs are trained, not where you learn to cook) in New Orleans where you could have great meals and I misplaced the article. Does anyone know about such a place? Thank you for your help.

guessing they meant the new orleans school of cooking. i went there about a month ago for a private event, it was really fun and big Kevin is extremely entertaining. Hope this is what you were looking for.

    1. Just came back from New Orleans. One highlight of the trip. The cooking demonstration and fabulous dinner at The House on Bayou Road. Demo given by Poppie Tooker and the New Orleans Cooking Experience. Great experience! Highly recommend it!

      1. Actually, it sounds like you are referring to The Chef's Table, a restaurant run by the Culinary Institute of New Orleans. I haven't been up St. Charles for a while, so I don't know if it's reopened or not.
