Breakfast between Stamford and New Haven along I-95?

We're flying red-eye into JFK sunday morning and heading up to Cape Cod. Looking for a place to stop for breakfast in CT along I-95, preferably b/t Stamford and New Haven. Thanks

      The City Limits Diner has good breakfast items and is right off 95 in Stamford. It has diner in the name, but it is not a traditional tristate diner. http://www.citylimitsdiner.com/
