looks like a missed the timeline, but put on your list the SONO Bake Shop in South Norwalk.

Their stuff is over the top great. I bought a chocolate cake there a couple of months ago and believe it or not me, and my entire family sneaked down to the kitchen numerous times in the middle of the night "for just a little taste." All gone in the morning.

And when you go get everything you can to sample. It's rare that I'm not sweeping crumbs of the river's seat when I get home.
