Thanksgiving dinner in Florence

Hi - I'll be in Florence in November with my parents and sister. We are looking for a place for an Italian "Thanksgiving" dinner. My requests - a memorable experience, preferably no turkey, and at most 60 euros per person, including wine. I am not looking for a traditional American dinner at all. Thanks for any and all suggestions. (PS - If it helps at all, last year was at St John in London.)

Giglio Rosso on via del Giglio, right down from San Lorenzo and the street market sounds like your place. You can defintely have a great meal for 60 euros or less.
