Lunch recs for today near Clement/4th?

I'm meeting a friend for lunch today and was wondering what recommendations you all had for good thai or vietnamese food around Clement & 4th. I've been to King of Thai but am wondering about other possible options. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks Maya, I forgot to mention that i've also been to Burma Superstar. I've never heard of Troya so I did a search on it and it sounds really good!

I love Troya! Very good, authentic Turkish food.
Mai's vietnamese across the street from Burma is decent too.

Thanks Sebby and Maya! My friend & I ended up going to Troya and loved it. We shared 3 mezes spreads (hummus, yogurt, and a red pepper/tomato), the fallafel, and a greek salad. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. I'll definately be back.
