I went to the Farmer's Market on Sunday this spring and it was merely a shadow of the splendidness of the Saturday market. I believe it was the first Sunday market of the year, and maybe they were just getting it together, but there were only a handful of vendors and none behind the building. Has anyone been lately? They do a limited version on Tuesdays but Saturday is the day to go. I really like this market for the exceptional value. We go and get a week's worth of ORGANIC produce for 2 ppl for about 10 bucks. The same ammount of food will cost you more than twice as much at the Ferry Plaza. Definitely not the same experience but worth checking out.
