The Cheese School in SF?
Anyone have any experiences, or heard anything about this place?
I believe it's a formalization of the cheese classes offered through Cheese Plus on Polk. At Cheese Plus, I took a course on American Artisan cheeses last fall with Judy Creighton (one of the "faculty" members of The Cheese School). She was a great teacher--able to answer all the questions thrown at her and had wonderful anecdotes. The food and wine pairings were also delectable.
They are doing a beer and cheese class that a bunch of my firends and i were looking at with much anticipation and intrigue....
