Mixing It Up
My first experience of combining food cultures was, many years ago,
dining at Chinese/Cuban places. Of course Thai/French has, delightfully, been around a while. Love Basta Pasta (W 17th) - Japanese/Italian. Yesterday tried I-Chin (E 50th) for successful experience of Chinese "style" cooking with ingredients typically found in Indian cuisine. Any surprises or combinations recently turned up I might have missed?
