Lamb burgers -simple recipe success.

Tonight I made lamb burgers: ground lamb from Whole Foods, chopped parsley, italian bread soaked in milk and squeezed out, and a generous amount of egg. Because I was making only four burgers, one large egg made the mixture gooey. (season with salt and pepper).
Then I fried them in a small amount of good quality olive oil (I used L'estornell organic e.v), covered, over low heat. I was planning on bringing two for lunch but I couldn't stop eating them.no ketchup required.

Add a little cumin to spice it up a little.

One of my favourite ways to eat lamb. Its also nice to put the lamb burger in a pita with some Greek country salad - the one with finally chopped romaine, dill, scallions and feta - a squeeze of lemon and a splash of olive oil and you're in heaven.
