I'm a huge fan of King Tsin's potstickers in Berkeley and I'm looking for something comparable in San Francisco. Anywhere east of van ness is great. Crispy bottom, savory juicy meat, thick skin... Don't love Eliza's or Potsticker in chinatown. Oh, and if you are ever in Yreka, Ming's (over 100 year old chinese restaurant) has great ones.

  1. I share your enthusiasm for potstickers although prefer the variety with thinner and lighter skin. that said, if you can venture out to the Richmond or Sunset districts, excellent potstickers can be found at San Tung (inner sunet) and Shanghai Dumpling King (richmond).

    1. If you do venture out to the Richmond, it's been said that Yet Wah (Clement/23rd-ish) has excellent pot stickers, among other things.
