Alright, I'm convinced. I'm ready to begin my dumpling education. Where are the best dumplings in D.C., Maryland and Virginia?

    A&J's in Rockville is great.

You can also find some great frozen options at the Korean market at Security Mall (and I am sure other Asian markets).

The best I have ever had were made at home.

Super easy to make and much better than anything else.

My SIL's husband's family's house.;-) It's amazing to watch them in action, all with rolling pins, rolling out the dough and wrapping. I've watched but am afraid to try because I'd mess up the rythm they have going. Barring that, I like Mui Kee in Falls Church. I've heard Full Kee is good, too but haven't had them there.
