Where can I find Haggis?

Does anyone actually serve Haggis in Los Angeles?

Is there a market that carries it?

Bobby Burns night is coming in January, and I wouldn't want to be ill prepared...

  1. Make a reservation at Tam O'Shanter for the Bobby Burns celebration and they'll have it there. I've gone for several years and have not been disappointed its fun and takes the edge off the haggis.

    1. It's a whole night honoring Bobby Burns with a bag piper and Chef Ivan(he makes the haggis)and a Scotsman who gives the famous Bobby Burns "Address to A Haggis" poem.
Go with a bunch of friends and make a night of it.

I've had haggis in Scotland and its no different there. A melange of meat, oats and veggies cooked in the stomach of a sheep.

Give them a call and ask them when it is and make a reservation.

      1. I've seen it frozen in the grocery section of the Tudor House in Santa Monica.

        1. Why wait till January. Nov 30 is St Andrews day . Leave St Patricks day to the amateurs. Whisky, haggis, neeps and tatties on Nov 30th. Cullen skink to start and some dumpling to finish.
