Dinner before Gods' Twilight (OC late lunch)

A friend who sprang for my tickets to the entire Ring tetralogy deserves a nice meal for his generosity. Since it's a 4PM curtain for the last opera on Wed this week, where could I meet him in that area (South Coast Plaza) where I could get a nice, filling, late lunch around 2PM? Any 3 course prix-fixe? Yow, I miss Gustaf Anders! Herring would be perfect.

I think Pinot Provence might fit the bill. I believe they do a prix fixe for lunch. It's in the Westin next to the performing arts center.

Don't Laugh! Morton's is wonderful for lunch. Some items aren't even available for Dinner. Some things to try:
