Does anyone know a place that sells Molinari and Son's soprasetta? I love it, but haven't been able to find it in LA yet.

Jons Market Vermont & Hollywood and their prices are cheaper

Claros Italian Market in San Gabriel should also carry it, call them.

Any Italian market should have it; Claro's (they have several branches), Bay Cities in Santa Monica, Monte Carlo in Burbank, Sorrento's in Culver City.

I am a great fan of Molinari's especially if you are in San Francisco. Their product does not seem to translate well, in my opinion, to Los Angeles. There is a Cheese, deli, gourmet shop on Tujunga in Valley Village called "Village Gourmet". They carry a genuine imported Sopressata from Italy (heck no I don't remember the name) that definitely is an equal if not superior to Molinari's. Give it a try and let us know if you do.
