Okay, I have been DYING for a skillet. Where can I get a good one???

For great skillet ommelettes' try Le Peep...The desparado is fantastic! S & G on Lincoln has decent skillet ommlettes as well.
As far as good skillet/cookware is concerned, I did plenty of research on various sites as well as on Chowhound and came up with a couple non-teflon options; Sitram Cibernox and Swiss Diamond are amazing.

If you're talking about the kind with potatoes, nothing beats the Wisconsin skillet at Twisted Spoke.

You can get a cast iron one at Salvation Army for a few bucks, and it will already be preseasoned!

Are you referring to the kitchen utensil or the meal that is eggs and potatoes and a bunch of other stuff jumbled together?

Go to Sur la Table and get an all-clad skillet. It will last your whole lifetime.
