Which is best?

  1. I've never been to thai nakorn, but Renu Nakorn is amazing. Probably the best Thai food you'll have outside of Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas. The food is INSANELY spicy, so if you're not one for hot foods, make sure to order it really low on the spicey scale. You can choose between 1-10, and even 3 or 4 is really hot... so be careful.

Also, make sure you get dessert. The coconut ice cream is heavenly.

    1. Both excellent, can't go too far wrong either way.

Call ahead to Renu Nakorn and make sure they're open. Their landlords are renovating the entire strip mall allegedly before the end of 2006.

I was around Renu Nakorn over the weekend and thought I'd check in and see what was going on with it. It looks to me like the entire Strip Mall was removed, and it's going to be a while before it comes back.

Anyone else have a more inside scopp on what's going on with the renovations?....Will Renu Nakorn be coming back?

Renu will come back soon at the same place with the new look, it's located next to Subway.

          2. Thai food is one of the most hotly (no pun intended) debated cuisines in existence.
Besides one's personal tastes, there are a variety of regional Thai specialties.
Then there's the matter of which items are the hits.

Because it is open, I would suggest you try Thai Nakorn now, and wait to try Renu Nakorn when it reopens.
Thai Nakorn's pork satay is very good.
They do great gai yang (grilled chicken).
I've enjoyed the pad kee mow.
If available, the pumpkin custard is a great dessert.

            1. Why is Renu Nakorn closed until Spring?
