I've looked through my back issues and I don't see that comparison. I've searched the internet and not found what I'm looking for. The Weber brand looks kind of flimsy and Steven Raichlen's are bamboo. Can anyone recommend a brand of skewer like I'm describing? However, I either saw this on ATK, Ming's or Steven Raichlen's show -use two skewers which keeps the food from rotating. Not exactly what you are looking for, but at least it solves the problem. The other thing that is recommended is to get a skewer that is square rather than rounded, so theoretically the food won't rotate on a square edge.
